Salary: Graduate Design Engineer / Design Engineer £29,000 plus starting bonus
Senior Design Engineer/Project Engineer £33,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience

We design all of our motorcycles in Hinckley, Leicestershire and manufacture components and complete motorcycles in five Triumph factories in Hinckley and Thailand, as well as assembling motorcycles at our CKD facilities in Brazil and India. We are currently seeking Graduate and experienced Design Engineers for our Powertrain design team. Our Design Department consists of project teams who are responsible for the design, development and validation of our iconic motorcycles. Successful applicants will be given the opportunity to design a large variety of motorcycle components and reap the benefits of seeing their parts fitted to production motorcycles and enjoyed by riders.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a passion for engineering and the drive and determination to create authentic motorcycles. Candidates will have good communications skills, be able to work individually as well as part of a team, and have the ability to meet tight deadlines, applying when necessary a pragmatic approach. For all roles we require a Mechanical or Automotive based engineering degree (BEng or MEng).
At a Senior Level, we require candidates to have had experience in progressing their designs through to development and manufacture; an involvement in 3D CAD Design and experience of liaising with suppliers and manufacturing departments.
