The Market To Order Workstream Lead is a key role in the transformation programme that we know as Business Connected. The programme, driven by the implementation of class leading ERP and CRM systems will transform the way that we are able to communicate with and respond to our customers. By delivering on key project activities, the role will enable the effective transition of fit for purpose business processes and systems for the Market To Order/ S&OP areas at Triumph.
The Market To Order Workstream Lead role is crucial in supporting the delivery of Sales & Operations Planning and Order Management processes and system functionality as part of the wider ERP solution for Triumph. This role will report into the Business Connected Programme Manager, but will work very closely on a day to day basis with the Head of S&OP to ensure project deliverables are being met.
The successful candidate will be someone who can combine their understanding of S&OP best practice passion with experience and knowledge of successful program delivery.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Work as part of the cross-functional business transformation team tasked with renewing business processes through implementation of modern ERP, CRM and associated systems, providing support to other workstreams as appropriate.
• Specifically focus on the successful implementation of the defined solutions within the Sales & Operations Planning area, which covers:
o Sales & Operations Planning process management.
o Forecast Accuracy and Measurement.
o Operational Order Management.
o Product Lifecycle and NPI control.
o Supply Plan generation.
o Inventory Management.
o ETA Management.
o Shipping and Invoice instigation.
o KPI establishment.
o Ongoing process development.
• Ensuring that proposed solutions are fit for purpose, including testing functionality inside and outside the business and including governance processes.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on the proposed solutions and functionality, drawing out any potential issues and documenting decisions taken.
• Follow project management processes including documenting any risks, constraints, assumptions and dependencies.
Qualifications / Professional Status
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related subject - Desirable.
Open minded with the ability to take on board new and different approaches to processes which may not have changed for some time - Essential.

Experience of participating in a large scale change management program involving significant process or system changes - Desirable.
Strong track record of organising and co-ordinating a range of activities with varying deadlines - Essential.
Proven experience of achieving results in a team environment and managing colleagues expectations appropriately - Essential.
12 month fixed term contract.
