Job Title: Marketing Communications Coordinator - Global
Department: Central Marketing Team
Reporting to: Global Communications Manager
The Global Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the Global Communications Manager with the development and production of brochures, film and photography assets, copywriting, campaigns and collateral, Dealer marketing plans and toolkits. The role also supports the delivery of Triumph’s global paid media strategy, the development of Triumph Dealer brand guidelines and toolkits and co-manages Triumph’s Digital Asset Management System
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Brochures & Literature · Manage the artwork, production and delivery of a multi-language suite of brochures and other literature.
Asset Management and Production: · Co-manage the central archive of imagery, artwork and other assets to ensure the timely availability of material to subsidiaries, distributors and Dealers. · Support the global communications manager with the generation of shared assets including brand/product/campaign photography, CGI and films.
Copywriting: · Identify and manage a copy writing resource to supply copy for all marketing channels, including campaigns, brochures, website, press packs. · Provide advice and support to subsidiaries and distributors to ensure locally produced material is consistent with brand guidelines and Triumph’s desired brand positioning.
Campaigns & Collateral: · Manage the artwork and production of campaigns and collateral to support the launch of new motorcycles, tactical offers and PR activity across multiple on and offline marketing channels. · Adapt central campaigns and product launches to equip the Dealer network with the tools required to consistently and effectively execute global campaigns locally.
Dealer Marketing Plans: · In conjunction with the CMT heads of function and key Triumph Subsidiaries, develop a blueprint for a core annual, multi-channel Dealer Marketing Plan to support the launch of new product and other international marketing campaigns.
Global Paid Media · Coordinate the development, translation and supply of assets to support global paid media campaigns including keywords and ad copy, display ads, rich media formats and social assets. · Liaise with markets to regularly review search ads, keywords and retargeting activity to maximise local relevancy.
Brand and Marketing Guidelines · In conjunction with the Head of Brand develop a set of guidelines to govern representation of the Triumph brand across all Dealer marketing activities (Dealer guidelines to be developed from Triumph master brand guidelines). This will cover both the audio visual representation of the brand across digital and offline channels as well as key principles for shows/ events, on and offsite, and other marketing activities.
Key Skills and Attributes: · A strong creative eye, exceptional attention to detail and an excellent standard of written English. · Self-motivated, highly organised, works well under pressure and fully capable of delivering multiple, simultaneous projects to time and budget.
